B | 因不满李文忠的行为，被告也将车子开到7号门口。已经下车的李文忠走到被告的车子前，用手势向后者表达不满。被告接着也下车，两人开始吵起来，并且用粗话互骂对方。李文忠骂完后，走回车子欲帮忙提着行李箱的乘客。
C | 岂料，被告仍心有不甘，他上前将李文忠推到车子上，一手掐住李文忠的脖子；在两人继续互骂过程中，被告又掐李文忠的脖子多两次。一名保安人员见状赶紧上前劝架，将两人分开。被攻击的李文忠脖子感到疼痛，他隔天上诊所求医，拿了两天病假。
D | 被告认罪后向法官求情称，他在本案发生之前，从未做出任何公路暴力的行为，“但他（李文忠）当众辱骂我的母亲，我的情绪变得非常激动，因为我的母亲已经过世……”被告表示，对失控的行为感到非常后悔。（人名译音）。
